Purchases & Pricing Policy

All prices are shown in NZ dollars, inclusive of GST ( Goods and Services Tax ).

Guarantee

All products have a twelve month guarantee for parts, function and construction.  We will meet the cost of repairs/parts replacement at our factory along with freight charges, so long as these are within the original price. We reserve the right to recind this guarantee should we consider the product has been maltreated or damaged.

Refund Policy

In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an resaleable condition.
We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.
