Orders, Deliveries & Freight

We aim to process your order within two business days of receiving your order.
We will send you an email when your order is processed and your card debited.
Cancellations for orders are only accepted prior to shipping.
Orders inside NZ are freighted.
International orders are sent by air-freight.

Purchases & Pricing Policy

Our New Zealand exchange rate ( approx US$1 to NZ$2.40 ) makes purchasing from our NZ base attractive to many overseas clients.
But at the same time we aim to offer competitive pricing and good service to our kiwi clients as well.

All prices are shown in NZ dollars, inclusive of GST ( Goods and Services Tax ).

Guarantee

All products have a twelve month guarantee for parts, function and construction.  We will meet the cost of repairs/parts replacement at our factory along with freight charges, so long as these are within the original price rate. We reserve the right to recind this guarantee should we consider the product has been maltreated or damaged.

Refund Policy

In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resaleable condition.
We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.

Having said this, it's obviously in our best interest to keep you as a happy contented client, so never hesitate to contact us with any queries.
